Welding and Fabrication
Performance Innovations has a fully equipped fabrication shop that can hande any type of metal fabrication. From Marine to Automotive, Industrial to Interior we can fabricate and weld with any metal or process. We can facilitate your custom project thru design, testing and construction. Performance Innovations has a full manual machine shop as well to offer in-house manual machining for any of their fabrication projects.
Tube and Pipe Bending
Performance Innovations can handle most tube and pipe bending, Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel in most popular sizes. Mandrel Bending of thin-wall tube and pipe is also available. We can fabricate roll cages, suspension setups, racks, inter-cooler plumbing, turbo manifolds and custom exhausts.
Manual Machining
We have a small assortment of Manual machine tools; our Cincinatti horizontal milling machine, Atlas lathe, as well as the applicable tooling to make most parts that require machining for our wide range of projects.
MIG and TIG Welding
Using our state-of-the-art MIG and TIG welders and years of welding experience, Performance Innovations can handle any welding job, any metal, of any size. Mild Steel, Stainless steel, Iconel, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Magnesium, we can fabricate and weld with most popular metal alloys.
CAD Design and testing
State-the-art CAD design and prototyping software allow us to tackle any fabrication job, from design and conception to fabrication and testing.
CNC Plasma and Router table
We recently added a 5×10 CNC plasma/router table to our list of machine tools. Capable of cutting up to 1″ steel and holding +-.001″ resolution. This compliments our in-house CAD design and will facilitate us to offer some of our products and building parts in kit form. Check in for more information in the future weeks.
Marine Fabrication
Performance Innovations has recently started doing specialty Marine Fabrication. Stainless steel, aluminum and anodized aluminum are some of the available materials. Everything from ladders and tube work to custom swim platform brackets, fuel/water tanks and motor mounts.
